This is from the Disney Art Classics convention from March 1999. It's about 3 1/4" tall the top of it is a big circle, light blue in color, w/ the 3 hitchhiking ghosts in the middle. Under the circle says "The Haunted Mansion." Then under that the 3 hitchhiking ghosts dangle. It also glows in the dark.
