new user - login isn't working today?

I set up a login for pinpics for the first time yesterday and my wife and I started cataloging a lifetime of pins.  Now when trying to login it's failing and when trying to reset password I get "Email is incorrect or you do not have permissions to reset your password Please contact an administrator.".

 

We accepted all terms and confirmed email.  I had to setup a whole new account to post here - we spent a few hours of effort yesterday and probably have days more, so hoping to not lose our progress.  Sent an email to the 'info' address but wondered if anyone on the forums had other ideas?

I have sent a message to Molly & Joe on this. They get this all sorted out, as this is an issue with the account in the database. Any work you have done is saved in there, so don't worry about the pin lists. 

 

So glad you're getting all your pins cataloged!
