It was my Owns and the settings below. Not a big deal, but wanted to make sure you knew about it.

 

4,5,6,7,8 and 9 worked

Hi! Feel free to ask any questions in this thread. We're happy to help you learn to navigate through the database!

 

It's also very easy now to just hover over a person's username or picture avatar in a pin list to see the date they signed in last. It's a good way to tell if someone is active here, most of the time.

How do I print my Wants List?

I’m having an issue seeing all the icons, so I don’t know how to navigate the page. I’m currently just guessing what each button does to figure it out. Is there a difference between using the website on your phone vs iPad vs desktop? So far I’ve tried my phone and iPad, and I’m unable to see the icons. Hopefully I’m submitting this to the right place, I can’t really tell!

To print your WANTS list, just go to your Pin Dashboard:

https://pinpics.com/pins/mydashboard/

 

Click the Export PDF button at the top of your lists:

 

Select your WANTS list and check the settings you'd like to have in your PDF, then click the button in bottom right Download PDF.

 

Depending on the size of the list, it may take a few minutes. Just leave your tab open, and wait for the Open or Save File option to pop up from your internet browser window.

 

If you have any trouble, just let us know!

Which page are you trying to see the icons in question. If your looking on your "My Dashboard" for your Owns, Wants and Trades you only can see one list at a time. There is a down arrow to the right of the owns tab (the default tab) to click on to choose your other lists, Wants and Trades.

The missing icons were a caching issue with the FontAwesome font file. I already fixed it a while ago when I noticed it.

The previous versions of the software didn’t require the “Own” field to be numeric so I stored some additional info there. It appears that my data is now lost. Is there an important reason for that change to numeric?

If I mistakenly put a number in any of the Own, Want, or Trade fields and want to delete it, I cannot. I get an error message. And no, a zero doesn’t work, it also gives me an invalid quantity message.

Hi, You should be using the up/down arrows to increase or decrease the number.

Thanks! I don’t see the up and down arrows, but I am looking at it on my iPhone.

It appears you can input numbers while using a iPhone. You should put the number in then hit return and it should work. To remove the number just select the box of choice then the delete ken then return. That should remove any number in the box.

On an Android, Clicking the own, want, or trade adds 1 or deletes the number next to the icon or you can manually put a number in the box.

That field was only ever supposed to be a number. Allowing text/notes before was actually a bug.

 

That said, stay tuned for news about additional notes. We still have the old data before the conversion.

As for my lost data that I had before in my Own field, I would be very happy if it would transfer to the new notes field! Thanks!

Using the delete key to remove the number gave me the invalid quantity message so it didn’t work. It looked removed, but if I exited the pin and came back, it still had the number in it. Clicking the icon did remove the number.

Did you hit the return key after hitting the delete key? It worked for me on my iPhone.

Note that if the value changes in that manner, meaning nulled out, as long as the little box is there, the change is not permanent. You need to click the icon to remove the value.
