@Orangebirdman33813 unfortunately putting a zero in any of the boxes does not remove the pin from your list only clicking on the icon to toggle it will do it.

Hi!  Congrats on the upgrade!!  Looking forward to using it more soon.

 

Right now, I seem to be missing 30 + pins in my Owns list.

I have found most of them by comparing my PDF to my dashboard. (Most of them between 113--- to 102---).

Do I need to add them back in myself or is there going to be any further updating work?

Hi @fltiggersue, You should not have lost anything from your Owns list. But something might have gone astray, I would recommend that you go ahead and add them back your self (it would be quicker too). Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi! I figured something went wrong.  I have 63 pages of PDF and only 62 pages on my dashboard.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and for letting me know to go ahead and fix it myself.

The number of pages in the PDF can change depending on the settings you choose when exporting. It's normal for the page count to not always match.

 

However, if you do find pins missing, could you please let me know some of the missing IDs? I'd like to check what could have gone wrong when converting the data.

Hi terabyte!  The pages didn't line up because I have 35 + pins missing.  Mostly Tigger and Cinderella pins.

 

Here are some: 113045, 111234, 110340, 110333, 109996, 109025, 

108498, 107952, 107236, 103919, 102507, 102267

 

I'm in the process of adding them back in tonight.

Ah, I see the problem. These pins had text in the quantity field instead of a proper number: Holiday, Pin Event, etc.

Hi terabyte!  Thanks for the offer.  I think I'll just continue to compare the PDF print-out, from before the shutdown, to my Collection pages online and find the rest of the missing pins (about 6 now) myself.

Hello again terabyte!  I think I'm going to do the smart thing and take you up on your offer of providing a "a full export of the data" to find my remaining pins that "went astray".    I'm especially interested in seeing IF it will list the 8 Fantasy pins that, for awhile, were listed in my Collection, after the first upgrade by Molly & Joe but were later only in my total count but not shown.  Example - "showing 2432 out of 2440".

 

Just a list of the pin numbers, if that is easiest, - from lowest to highest - would be great!!!!

@fltiggersue We have been making the fantasy and bootleg pins inactive, so you might not find them. They are not gone but are not visible to everyone.

Happy Sunday, just checking if this is how it is supposed to be.

 

This pin has 4x photos, but the main page only shows 3x. Is that intended? You can see the 4th photo if you open up one of the main photos and use the navigation arrows.

Here is something I just found, if you drag the lower photos left and right, you can get the navigation arrows will start to show up

Please post in the topic I linked and @TheTwins will send you the exported lists once they're ready.

 

As for the pins, IDs from hidden pins are still in the database. So, yes, the pins might still be there, but you won't be able to see or add them if they are hidden.

There should be arrows to scroll the images. Are you not seeing them? Even clicking and moving the images left/right (while keeping the left click pressed) should work.

 

 

EDIT: Nevermind. I didn't see your post on page 7. In your first screenshot, the arrows are missing. I'll look into that.

Just mentioning it for everyone in case some people are still unaware. If you post the pin link itself in the editor and wait 1-2 seconds, it will be converted into an "embed" which will automatically link to the pin without having to make screenshots:

If the pin info is ever updated (title, year, AP/PP badge, etc), the changes will be reflected in any posted embeds.

Little hard to pin. The bar code was easier to find pins.  It’s was easier to check the character or movie.

Is there a retention period on the inbox?  It seems I am missing quite a few messages since the upgrade.

@swscref Thanks for asking! Actually, we do have things set to delete messages after 60 days without replies (meaning any message that had no action/reply added to it in a sixty-day period). While this has been configured since we began using this messaging system back in 2023, it turns out that our server had an issue and was not always working. Now that things have been updated across the entire site, that 60-day rule is now working as it was supposed to be all along! Don't worry, though, because if you have been actively replying in any message, it will remain in your Inbox as long as the replies have been sent within the previous sixty days.
