Pin Count

Great that site is up already. 2 quick questions though.

Prior to the update my pin count was 1427 and now it is 913. I did find pins missing when I compared the PDF printout I did prior to the update. Will the missing pins update eventually or do I need to go in and reenter missing pins?

I used the ability to add text to the prior "Own" field to log if I had the original pin back and what I paid for the pin. Is there anyway to retrieve this information?

Thanks and appreciate the magnitude of the work you did.

Hi! We can definitely look into this for you. If you were adding prices into the quantity field, then it probably skipped all those pins with incorrect values. We should be able to work on this, though. Any way that you can give me two or three examples of pins that are missing from your list now? That should help us find out what went wrong.

Some examples of pins not on my list are 153279, 152951, 152780, 152404, 152374 and 152373.  The pricing system I used was all letters, no numbers. The pins with an original card  or box were shown as OC or OB.   Thanks.

@TheTwins They were but that seems to have been corrected. For example, my Wants were showing a 37, an extra pin, because I only had 36 selected.

But the Want/Trades in the individual pins are off or not showing the entire list of members wanting/trading. It shows 15 but only 7 member names showing.

Okay, we thought we got that fixed yesterday. Can you give me a pin example or two with this problem, please? We'll look into that! Gotta have those lists correct. 😁

Yay! That was one of the issues that required some work yesterday and part of the update that caused the site to go into maintenance mode for a few minutes. If you see anything like it appearing again, please let me know. We definitely want all lists generating with correct numbers!

We've been looking into this. I've just posted a new thread about this issue, so please check it out and respond there about your lost data. Thanks!
