How to Value Pins?

Hi!

I am trying to buy some pins from someone off of local social media. The seller is asking for $20/pin, but I want to ask for a cheaper deal. The seller isn't into pin trading/collecting, these pins are just on a lanyard from when the seller last went to WDW in 2005.  I found pretty much every pin in the database but idk if anyone has any advice on how to determine the monetary value of a pin and how to maybe haggle a little bit lol

I would try to find the pin on eBay and look under the "sold" listings and see how much it has been sold for recently. That should give you a pretty good current value for the pin.
