I agree with @buzz2001.  I don't own this particular pin, I but have 12 from the series and they all look like this on the back.

@Bamboo I have that pin, actually I have the whole series. The back of your pin looks OK but the front of your pin, above Robin Hood, looks to have paint dips.

We have a bunch of this series, and paint dips in the enamel are not uncommon straight out of the package. This one looks good in the pictures, and I'm not sure I've ever heard of a Countdown to the Millennium pin being faked.
