Misprint or odd fake?

I have a PP66541 that looks normal, other than missing paint in some spots. Is this misprint, or an odd fake?

@Whimsykit Your back picture is blurry and unreadable. If you pin has missing enamel then its damaged and would not be tradable. This set as most Hidden Mickeys have been faked a lot.

@Whimsykit I believe your pin is a real one however with enamel missing (being damaged) I don't think it is tradable.
