Help to Add Pins

Hello!

I'm trying to add some pins that are not yet in here and I'm sorry to say but I'm totally tired of trying to blindly add them for the 4th time.

I've read and tried to follow the Guidelines as much as possible. Denied. I tried to change some info in different ways, also denied.

In my last attempt, even though they are not exactly matching the guidelines, I copied the structure of the other pins of the same series that are already here. I literally copied exactly how the other pins in the same series are, but also denied.

The pins are the Mulan Set and the Atlantis set (4 pins each) released in the last two Pin Trading Time Events in DLP - so 10 submissions in total (Mulan, Mushu, Grandmother Fa, Little Brother, the Mulan 4 pins Set, Kida, Milo, Vinny, Comander and the Atlantis 4 pins set).

There are other PTT pins already in our database and in my last attemp to add the new ones I followed the other PTT pins examples and I did exactly the same structure as theirs, obviously just changing the info for each character/movie - but I did exactly the same name structure, front and back descriptions, details, the price, LE edition and so on...

Yet, my 10 submissions were denied for the 3rd time...

One suggestion that I would ask is that if we can receive maybe a feedback on what is wrong or what is the error so the person can submit again knowing what was the problem? Or maybe the admns can edit whatever is not good and add the pin we are asking to be added after their evaluation?

I'm trying to put up my traders but it's very difficult when I don't even know what is wrong as I did exactly what is in the other ones of the same series...

And for a person that is investing their time to blindly try to guess what's wrong, it's desencouraging to know I'll have to fill 10 submitions all over again for nothing...

Thank you all very much!

The pins have to be taken off the cards and photographed on a white background, preferably foam (see photo). The rest of your submission is good.  The guidelines should answer your questions.

You also need photos of the pin back on white and you can add the pin on card as a third photo.

I don't understand, why are all other Pin Trading Time pins not like this then? i want to add it as my ISO and i can't do what you are asking as i don't physically have the pin....

Additionally i have even seen pins that are not even out yet already added, how would that be possible in this case?

Thank you!

Thank you for using PinPics and wanting to help our database grow.

You are correct that many listings do not follow the guidelines we have for new pin submissions. That is because the database is a 25-year-old work in progress. A team of dedicated Admins and Editors puts in an amazing amount of hours fixing listings up, but we always have work in front of us.

If you read the guidelines in our Add-a-Pin guide and our Photo Guide, you'll see how a new submission should look, even if pins added years ago do not follow that. All photos need to be submitted on a white background with good lighting and cropped to show the pin without a large border.

When it comes to new listings of current pin releases, our team uses the company-released art to get the new pins on for people as quickly as possible. We work to replace that art as quickly as possible, thanks to so many users who submit new photos.

Again, thank you for wanting to help. If you are needing specific help on a listing, please contact info@pinpics.com.
