Yes. Under Subscriptions tab, then to the right should be a My PinPics Premium tab. On that page on the bottom right should be links to download the app directly. 

 

I believe there should also be a My PinPics Premium button on the front page for easier/faster access.

The app is privately published, so once you subscribe here, you'll have access to the link. There's no advantage to downloading the app before your subscription, because it will only work for members with a paid PREMIUM subscription. Hope this helps!

Hi there! If you are an Apple user you will get to the download through our website. It is not on the APP store. It is a private app as you need to be a PinPics Member in good standing. We do everything we can to keep our PinPics Community and Users safe.....so only those members in good standing can download the app.

I signed up for annual premium member and now cannot sign in on the app because it does not accept my login without an @ sign. It is not accepting the login I use here on my computer.

@BlueStreak I believe your login should be an email address so should include the full address with the @ symbol.

 

If that doesn't work, @TheTwins should be able to help.

Tried that as well, with no luck. Thanks for the input though. it is nice that others jump in to help when the volunteer staff and admins are swamped.

Hi, Dwight! Jazmin is correct about the app sign-in being the email address on your PinPics account. What kind of error are you getting? We will get you in! I’m traveling tomorrow, so if I don’t answer right away, it’s just because I may not have internet access.

The PinPics app is unlisted in the App store, meaning you have to get to it directly from the PinPics website after you subscribe to the Premium tier. Congrats on completing that first step! 

 

Below are instructions on how to get to the tab to see where to download the app. You may need to refresh your screen after completing the upgrade to see the new tab.
