If you're on the app home page or in the database, it is the yellow camera button in the upper right:

 

 

If you are in a profile, your inbox or one of the areas that utilizes the bottom navigation bar, then it is the camera in the center of the bottom bar:

My problem is is I can’t get to that page when I sign in. It takes me to my pin base.

Oh, then you have set your home as your profile. I believe that setting is accessed through the context menu which is by clicking the three little lines in the top left. 
 

Regardless, you should be able to access the Home Screen by clicking the little castle icon at the far left in the nav bar at the bottom. Do you see that?
