I could only find one sold listing of this pin which listed it as the Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025 VIP Pin. Limited edition of 100 so it is a very low LE so likely to be sought after by Star Wars collectors. 

 

I would imagine it was given out to the lucky few at the convention, similar to how certain Disney pin events you get a limited edition depending on what level of ticket you bought etc.
