Hello all,

Been cataloguing my pins lately and just got onto doing some Baymax pins. However, I've just come across this Baymax Loungefly pin and it has really yellowed! 😱

None of the other seem affected and I always keep my pins away from sunlight. I wouldn't mind if it was a super old pin but being a modern Loungefly pin, I'm a bit surprised.

Is there anything I can do to improve him or am I stuck with yellow snow Baymax? 😭

To my knowledge, there is nothing that can correct the yellowing on pins.

Wow! That is super unusual in a pin so new. Unfortunately, Mario is correct. There is no way to correct this. It is the epoxy coating that is yellowing, and once that happens there's no way to reverse it.

I've never seen anything like it on a modern pin. I did have a quick look on eBay though and there was a few examples of that pin with yellowing so maybe it's a flaw with that particular pin.
