A number of people have asked how they can earn more badges, so I've put together a list to help everyone work on joining the fun! Let me say, at the start, that these badges are purely for fun! There is no status or rank associated with any badge(s), and having more badges or fewer will in no way dictate your "standing" in the PinPics community. These are a fun perk of the website software, and the Admin in charge of all things technical (that's me) is the only one who adds them. These badges are not eternal and may be become unavailable at any time (e.g., closed games). Don't worry, though, because I'm always thinking of a new one to introduce! There are five types of badges. 1) There are those you can earn for yourself; 2) those which are awarded automatically (by the software) at certain milestones; 3) badges which were associated with online PinPics games or events; 4) special-edition badges (e.g., First 50 Members on 2025 Site, First 50 PREMIUM Annual Subscribers, etc.); and 5) MYSTERY badges which are only awarded by me for reasons known only to me! The more involved you become with the PinPics database and community, the more chances you have of earning a fun profile decoration award by me for special effort. Badges You Can Earn for Yourself and/or By Playing Games - Making Your First Post (PinPics Forum) - Introduce Yourself (Post in the Forum Intro Board) - Conversation Starter (Start a Discussion in the Forum) - Started a Thread in the Disney Pin Discussion Board - Logged in Every Day for a Week - Logged in Every Day for a Month - Logged in Every Day for a Year - Play the Wilderness Explorer Game (Answer All Correctly) - Play the FastPass Game - Travel 300+ Miles to Trade Pins - Traveling Traders (Meet with the Same PinPics Member in Two States in One Calendar Month) - Earn Your Trusted Trader Badge Badges Awarded Automatically by the Software - Been a Member for a Week - Been a Member for a Month - Been a Member for a Year - Five People Reacted to One of My Posts - Ten Members are Following You Mystery Badges Lots of opportunity here to earn special badges (awarded at my discretion), as you interact more with the PinPics Database and Community! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 1 Quote
