I tried this and nothing happens the first time I hit login but the second time I get an error “email and/or password missing” Quote

I deleted and redownloaded, typed in my email and password, nothing is working. Quote

It generally means that your device is remembering the email or password associated with another app. Try shutting down your device and restarting, then login to the app. That will usually clear the memory issue on the device. The error message I get is invalid_grant. I can get into my account on my laptop BUT NOT on my cell phone. I want to be able to use the photo search that is the whole reason I paid for the yearly subscription. I wish there was a phone number or something so someone can help me. Or re-typing in your email and PW after clicking to remove the invalid message? I know some people have reported similar issues and it's usually due to device saving info but if you clear any saved info and type it out again, may fix it. It took 2 or 3 tries when that happened to me a few weeks ago but it did let me log in. Tagging @TheTwins for help if that doesn't work. Quote

So glad that worked! Not sure if related but just in case wanted to mention it. Anytime my phone does an update, I notice that my logins for several apps get wonky and so I've learned that deleting and re-downloading the app usually fixes it. Quote
