Whimsykit Posted October 24 Posted October 24 I have a few older pins that still have the cardboard and the cardboard says "Disney Designs" on it. What does this mean? Quote
sithathoriunet Posted October 24 Posted October 24 If I'm remembering correctly, that's just what they called character lapel pins sold at The Disney Store back in the 90's. Quote
TheTwins Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Disney Designs was the licensed name that appeared on various packaging in the 1980s and 90s. It included all types of jewelry and lapel pins in the days before Pin Trading. Disneyland pins were sold under the Disney Designs label slightly longer, I believe. It's not uncommon for some of the pins listed in the Millennium catalog to have been sold on Disney Designs cards, as well as park-specific DLR and WDW cards, depending on the length of production of the design. 1 Quote
