Cleaning Free-D

I have a few pins with Free-D that now have black smudges from being in my black pin bag. I have since moved them to a safer storage container but was wondering if anyone has any trick for cleaning the Free-D. Appreciate any help, even if it is telling me what DOESN'T work.

Hi Terry. I don't own any Free-D pins but I wonder if softly rubbing with an magic eraser would work or soap and water.

Hey! We have some Free-D pins with this issue and have talked to a number of people about it. So far, we've never found anything that really works, because they stain very easily. You could try taking a damp cloth to the areas, but I would think that a Magic Eraser would be abrasive enough to actually remove some of the piece. If you have one that you don't mind risking, that would be worth a try.
