Identify Pin - Toyko Disneyland

Trying to figure out what this pin is. I am 90% sure it came from Disneyland Toyko but just not sure.  I have searched several databases and even eBay and can't find.

Hi! This pin is actually a Walt Disney World release, dating from somewhere between June 1998 and January 2000. It's PP#1019 in the database, and here's the link:
