What is this pin bag or satchel?

Obviously this brown pin bag or satchel came from. WDW. Pretty cool Crown & Castle design. It's a soft, supple plastic.

Any idea of it's name?

I don't recall what it was called, but I can tell you that I have the same bag, but from Disneyland, and I purchased it over a decade ago. Hope that helps you narrow the search.
