Info on a .75 inch Silver pin blue Mickey head with 50 inside the head

This is very similar to the Disney Studios service award pin. I have searched ever combination of names for the pin with no luck. Does anyone know anything about this pin? I have no idea where it came from it was in a frame of Cast Member pins that I have.

This is a round circle small pin Blue with the Mickey Mouse Icon in Blue with the number fifty (50).

It is given out as an award to all CMs at the top 25 DSs and top 2 DM's. It may be worn on their nametags. These pins are available in four colors; yellow, blue, purple and black. There is also a yellow version with a rhinestone.

 

A Disney Store Cast Store Award pin, not from the Studios, that is a different design, these scratch badly quickly
