Solution TheTwins Posted February 17 Solution Posted February 17 That's a good question! PALM's pins are mostly made by Monogram (MII), who also makes pins sold by a lot of other places. MII is on the back of the pins, and some were released as being PALM exclusive and turned out not to be -- they are sold multiple places. That has been confusing to a lot of users who have been sending in comments, so we changed it to be the actual origin of MII, though the PALM origin is also still selected and searchable. They should come up either way you search! 1 Quote
swim2sea Posted February 18 Author Posted February 18 Will this also be the case for Neon Tuesday? I have a few PALM pins that are Neon Tuesday. So pins not made be Disney will use the manufacturer instead of the seller? Quote

So pins not made be Disney will use the manufacturer instead of the seller? Yes, that's pretty much the case. There are a few pins that we don't necessarily know the manufacturer for the listing, but we're finding it simpler to list the non-Disney Company pins by manufacturer. Places like BoxLunch, Hot Topic, and Amazon (to name a few) are also releasing pins that are not exclusive to their platforms, though they are marked exclusive on the website. By going with the manufacturer and selecting the extra origins as secondary options, this means that the pins are searchable under all the origins and keeps things easier to sort in the system. 1 Quote
swim2sea Posted February 19 Author Posted February 19 @TheTwins Thank you so much for clearing things up for me. As long as I can find them using the mfg or the store I’m good. I was just curious. 1 Quote
