Having issues with App

Hello,  When I get to the app, I enter my email and password as it requires.  The screen does nothing.  It doesn't log me in.  I am using the correct email and password.  I deleted the app and went into the website to try and download to my iphone again.  It does not work.  Please help get me logged into the app again.  Thanks!

@kiwigirl Every now and then this seems to happen to some users. There are several suggestions that have worked for people in this thread:

 

Also, something that has worked for a couple people has been a forced password reset. If you'd like to do that, let me know. I can force the system to make you set a new password (you would do this on the website, not through the app). You can even use the same one that you're currently using, but it causes the system to refresh everything, and the app generally works after that. Just send me a PM, if you'd like to try that option!

Hi, It's working now however I do not get the icon shortcut on screen.  I'll have to try and play with this later.
