I'm questioning this pin

I really appreciate everyone's help. As of lately with me being someone so new into the pin collecting, I want to make sure the pins I buy for my collection are authentic

Those M.I.I. pins like that were sold at Target, for one place, I believe. They do tend to have the bubble dome surface which makes it smooth and shiny. Not sure I've seen scrappers made with the M.I.I. back stamps, though. Hopefully someone else will chime in, if they have seen that! It sure is a cute Minnie!

I do not know a lot about the MII pins.....so I will go with the twins on this one....
