Hi!

 

This is absolutely a legitimate pin from Tokyo Disney Resort. They don't allow pin trading in the TDR parks, which is why their pins have a "Pin Collecting" logo on the back. However, these are completely licensed and official, so they are fully tradable on PinPics and in the US parks.
