Someone posted a board with Walt pins and this was one I never saw before. As I always do,  I came here to look for info on it but I didn't find it so I'm trying to find out info about it.  Real?, Made?, Fantasy?, etc...

If so, then it looks like it's from a limited edition 2010 set.
