Need help about naming these pin

SDR new released mystery zootopia pins (my dream job series), I am sorting the pins and trying to upload them.

 

I have searched wikipedia and many sources, but there is no names for the red circled pins.

 

does anyone knows? I really not sure

The astronaut is not the young sheep who wants to be an astronaut at the beginning of the movie, so I suspect it isn't really a named character.  (The one from the beginning of the movie has black wool and is named Sharla, FYI)

 

The sheep in the bottom one does look like Assistant Mayor Bellweather.

for the pin name, they are younger version, so do you think we need to stat their title? like the Officer? or Assistant Mayor?
