Anyone have WDW 1999 Park Maps? Gift cards?

I'm hoping that some of our Disney collectors might be able to help me with a project . . .

I'm wanting to make some 18-inch doll-sized Disney vacation accessories from 1999! So, I'm in need of high-res scans of park maps from any or all of the WDW parks in 1999. (Last three months of the year would be ideal, but anytime is great! 

 

Also, were they using gift cards at Disney back in 1999, or were they still using the Disney Dollars? If anyone has any of those, I'd love scans of both sides to make mini versions of them.

Don't know why I didn't see this reply. Any chance you can scan them in pieces (I can put pieces together) or try photographing them open from both sides? I know doing maps can be tough. These would be great!
