I would love to participate in one of these.  I know I am still very new but keen to play!  Is there a way to know when these are going to be started?  Is there a regular time it happens?  Or just spur of the moment etc.?

Nothing regular, just kind of whenever. There are three 5-pin packages going at the moment. When the one I started finishes will probably start another one.
