Small World Children

I have two different small world children questions. The first is a set of pins that I'm not sure if it's even a set or what it's about....I have two pins with one type of label and two with a different type of label and both appear authentic. 

 

I have also found a picture of additional pins of this type/style but I guess I don't know what to search for with these to get more information. 

 

So....1st - are these a set?  2nd - were there two seperate sets (based on the backs)? 3rd - how many different pins are included in this set? I can pictures of 5 different pins on the internet that seem similar in style. Is this all? Are there 2 sets with 2 different backings?
