Another Icon shape I need help identifying

I have a Mickey icon shaped pin, that I need some help identifying.  It looks a lot like pin 128383, but has two differences:

1. Back and edges are silver, not brass (Pic of back looks "gold" due to lighting)
2. Year on the back is 2012, not 2018

 

There is a FAC number on the back in the centerline of the left ear. 

 

If anyone can identify this pin, would you mind letting me know what search terms you used?  I tried every search phrase I could think of, so apparently I need to learn some new search tricks.
