buzz2001 Posted March 21 Author Posted March 21 Good way to end the week. Now this is a pin I thought I would never find. It’s bigger than I thought too. 75 people paid $110,000+ to take the 24 day adventure around the world by Adventures by Disney. This is one of the 25 pins were given to them. 1 5 Quote

buzz2001 Posted April 8 Author Posted April 8 (edited) Okay, @claven Curt outdid himself this time. We did a trade but what was amazing are the zap items I found in my box. I never expected this. I love them. I placed some small flashlights behind to show them off but need to figure out a permanent light system. Oh, and the pins are okay too. haha Edited April 8 by buzz2001 6 Quote

This was just some really fun pins that had been on our Wants list for a long time. In fact, the Be Our Guest Restaurant pin has been one of my #1 Wants for years. So excited to finally check it off on the Owns list! And the Scoop PTU jumbo is a pin that I never really thought we'd get but am so thrilled to have sitting here on my desk! @TheTwins I love that piece of history - which ride or attraction is it for? I am also loving those Chip and Dales!!! 1 Quote

TheTwins Posted April 10 Posted April 10 Another couple fun days of pin mail! This was a trade with @gandorf -- always a great trader! I was so excited about that "Hall of Presidents" pin . . . and pin trading Minnie and Mickey. Some of the mail was the purchased kind. Still very exciting! Here's a framed set of the complete World Showcase flag icon pins, and they're all real cloisonne! And this pair of real cloisonne Cinderella pins -- the same, but one is the 2000 backstamp version and one is 2001. 1 1 Quote
buzz2001 Posted April 16 Author Posted April 16 (edited) This little beauty arrived yesterday. I shouldn't say little, on the stand its 7" tall. It's not a pin but I'm going to glue some pin backs on it. It will go nicely on my Partners board. Walt Disney LE550 Art Easel, September 13 2007 by George Scribner. TRoVeR_PiNS Posted April 28 Posted April 28 So I just started my journey of collecting Robin Hood pins and wanted to share how its gone this week. The Robin Hood and Little John is what I started with, I got the Robin Hood Mug from a Whatnot show this week and I am so excited to share my Robin Hood Tales of the Swords pin I got from Ebay. This pin is the one that made me want to collect Robin Hood because it was a beautiful pin and I wanted a reason to grab it. I have more on the way so I am hoping to post next week! 2 Quote

Those are some really fun pins and a great start to your collection! Robin Hood is such a fun movie, and there are lots of fun things to collect. Sis had a small Robin Hood collection, and we took four different VHS clamshell cases and turned them into pin boxes! Looking forward to seeing what you post next week! Sarah 2 1 Quote
