This is the surprise twelfth pin in the Stars 'n Cars series of pins based on the parade of the same name (which, in turn, is just a reworked version of the Disney Stars and Motor Cars parade). The series was originally announced to only contain eleven pins, and was previously believed to have ended with pin #78546. Emile is seen driving Remy, both wearing chef's hats, in a red car covered with stickers, suggesting it's as small as they are!
