Front Description
This has a white background and is 1¼ inch square. The classic Disney signature is at the top in gold. It shows "VoluntEARS" in red letters with the EARS wearing a black Mickey ears hat. The hat itself is detailed with a classic Mickey in the center of a gold circle. The bottom reads "1992-1997" in gold. I believe that this had to be earned by a Disney VoluntEars. The back reads ©Disney.
