This is a series of constellation pins released in Hong Kong Disneyland that each feature one of the 12 zodiac signs.
This one has Minnie dressed as in a pink tank top with glitter and a white skirt with mickey heads.(yellow glitter is the star color) - Taurus - (see the Taurus sign/symbol on her blouse).
The star and Minnie are glittery.
