This pin is awarded to transportation cast members at the Magic Kingdom that go above and beyond normal duty. They are rewarded with this pin when a guest writes in and compliments the cast member for an exceptional act. The pin features Sorcerer Mickey Mouse from Fantasia. It came in a heat sealed poly-bag.
Still being given out in 2007. In January 2006, dizpins.com recorded that "this pin was an appreciation gift from Walt Disney World Transportation Management to their Cast Members who showed up to work with the approaching Hurricane Wilma."
The pin comes with a card that reads...
"Dear Cast Member, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your flexibility and dedication to WDW Transportation on October 24, 2005, during and after Hurricane Wilma. It is Cast Members like you that make the magic come alive on a moments notice; you put the 'Magic in Motion'. This type of dedication is recognized and appreciated. I'm proud to have you on our team". The card is signed by Doug Lord, Director of Transportation.
This Pin Measures 2 1/8" wide, and 1 1/2" tall.
