It is possible that this pin was given out to very few selected Cast members who achieved a high goal when DLRP opened in 1992 and in the next year.
Cast members wore the pin on their badge name or on their vest.
Size is 2cm x 3cm.
Pin is gold with metal back (it was before the mickey head plastic back).
