Doc has his hands full trying to convince Grumpy, who is a slider, that a spoonful of medicine will help whatever ailment he may be suffering from (grumpiness?). Doc is holding a spoon in his right hand and a bottle of medicine in his left hand. Grumpy does not appear to be buying into the speech as his hands are clenched into fists and he is leaning forward in a rather aggressive manner.
