This pin features Dumbo. He is peering over the top of a blue Walt Disney Collectors Society logo (Walt Disney's signature and COLLECTORS SOCIETY). This is the membership pin for 1995. The Walt Disney Collectors Society launched in 1993 to support the Walt Disney Classics Collection, this society was the first official membership organization for Disney fans and enthusiasts sponsored by Disney itself. Headed originally by Paula Sigman, the Society published Sketches in its quarterly magazine and offered member-only Classics Collection pieces. The Society ceased operations on December 31, 2009, and Sketches ended publication.
