This pin was part of a set that came out a few years ago. These were a cast exclusive sold along with a trading card that told about each attraction that the pin commemorated. This one is for the retired attraction "Flying Saucers" it depicts the "Saucer." The ride was round car which was a cross between bumper cars and hover crafts, which floated above the ground.
The Classic Disneyland card which came with this set reads as follows: "Truly state-of-the-art in technological terms and a nightmare in operational terms, the futuristic Flying Saucers found a home in Tomorrowland in 1961. A cross between bumper cars and hovercraft, the Saucers floated on a 16,000-square-foot arena of air generated by four 1000 HP motors. In 1966 the attraction was retired during construction of the New Tomorrowland."
