Front Description
Ariel, sitting on a purple rock, is turned right but head turned left, looking toward the viewer. Her right hand is on the rock and her left hand rests on her lap. Her tail curls below her and then back toward the left. Closed mouth smile. At left is Flounder the fish, facing right; open mouth smile. Behind them, at top right, is a blue-color King Triton's castle. At bottom is a yellow star fish and some other sea details. As an overlay at bottom, in black with white border, is "THE LITTLE MERMAID".
The pin measures 1 3/4" (45 mm) tall by 1 1/2" (38 mm) wide. Silver metal. Single point with double nubs. Reverse is lightly pebble-textured. Reverse reads "© Disney, Made in China." It also has a light after-creation stamp on center: P389-7448-2-14042; this number is also stamped on the back of the display card, and appears to be the same on all the new styles.
