Front Description
The pin measures 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 inch tall. The Mickey ears are green and the background is a cream color. Joette at Dizpins wrote me about the Diversity Program at WDW. "From what I can tell...this is an older pin that was given to Cast members who participated in the program."
