Front Description
The MAGICAL PIN MAP ADVENTURE was part of the Princess Ball event held at Magic Kingdom on 23 Feb 2002. Similar to other Disney Pin Pursuit events, this free map was given out at the event, and then you visited different places to have them rubber-stamp the back for you. (While there, of course, you had the opportunity to purchase open-edition Prince and Princess pins to complete the picture.) Once you had all of the required stamps, you took your game card back and received this Completer pin.
This gold pin is designed to look like a grand archway with fluted columns on either side and a crown at the top. Between the columns, against a gold sandblasted metal background it reads, "The Princess Ball, Magic Kingdom, February 23, 2002". The artist was Michelle Morrow, and she signed these pins between 10am and 2pm (during the event), but you had to be willing to stand in line long enough. The lines were quite long!
