This was a surprise release pin released at the Disney Studio Store on May 29th, 2014. It features the balloons holding the house (on a dangle) with a banner which says 5th Anniversary. Pictured among the balloons are Dug, Kevin, Russell and Ellie and Carl.

Gold DSF cone waffle pattern on both parts and two posts on balloons. No pin or writing on the back of the dangling house. Two boxes: 1) DSF logo, Limited Edition 400, ©Disney/Pixar, China; and 2) embossed FAC.
