**This is the Pre Production/Prototype variation version of pin 76455**
This limited edition pin commemorates the 55th anniversary of the Mad Tea Party Attraction and features Alice. The pin includes a slider element which moves to reveal "1955" or "55 Years." The pin measures approximately 2" tall by 2" wide.
The base metal is black and the pin measures: 5.2cm x 4.9cm. It has two posts, mickey heads all over and the backstamp is: © DISNEY CHINA (above the posts), and (below) Authentic Official Disney Parks Pin Trading 2010, Dateline Disneyland 1955 Logo, Limited Edition of 755.
This pin is a variation from the actual release version. This prototype version features an entirely different mouth design and color for Alice - her mouth is more defined and the lips are dark red. The actual release features pink lips and a small mouth. When Disney changed the mouth on Alice, it changed her whole expression for her face. The variation with the big red lips made her appear smiling and happy to be falling. The actual release with the small pink lips made her have a scared/worried look when falling.
Also, the "Mad Tea Party" words are screened-on for this variation pin. On the actual release, the words are part of the mold of the pin, so the words are metal with regular paint filled in.
This pin is stamped PP on the back.
