Japan pin from the "Happiness is a state of mind" series. This pin commemorates Beauty and the Beast. This smooth, silver finished pin features "BELLE" at the top with "LOVE AS TRUE AS IT CAN BE" next to the rose. "Disney's Beauty and the Beast 1991" is also written on the front.

 

The front is done in a vintage style I.e. Text, borders and drawings look like they are wearing (even though pin is brand new, straight out of box). Others in this series are the same so it must be the style.
