This pin is of Goofy holding a wrench and "fixing" something with the word Maintenance below him. The dangle portion of the pin reads Disney Salutes with Mickey ears on top.
This gold-finished, textured-back pin measures 2 5/16" tall by 1 9/16" wide.
These were eventually marked down to $.99 cents at Company D stores.
