Front Description
This is a counterfeit version of Pinpics #5092 Cast Member Service Award Pin - 25 Years (Tinker Bell). Tinker Bell faces right, knees bent and hands on her knees, looking forward right. Wings are tipped upward behind her and above her head. At her feet is a "crown" of brush or grasses, with a "25" at the base of this mostly oval pin.
Although this counterfeit tries to duplicate the basic design of the original pin, a close eye will reveal many differences. The "25" is more pronounced on the counterfeit and slightly larger. Tinker Bell's face and hair lack crispness of detail on the counterfeit. The eyes, eyebrow, nose and mouth are different. Also, the overall graininess of the gold-metal pin is much greater than the authentic.
The pin measures 1" (25 mm) tall by 1/2" (14 mm) and has a single post with nub on the reverse. There is a "© Disney" near the bottom.
