This is a pin which forms a heart shape together with another pin. The one sold in February and the other in March make a set of a heart shape. Characters are unknown before opening the packet. Tinker Bell pin is especially rare.
This isn't Valentine's Day. This is White Day, the "Female" form of Valentine's Day in Japan.
