The pin is a bronze shaped padlock with the words COURTESY embossed on its face. There is a bronze "Courtesy" key hanging by a small key chain attached to the lock tang. The lock does not open.
The pin back has 2 horizontal posts in the middle on a smooth bronze back. In the middle is the official 2014 ODPT logo, below which is "CAST EXCLUSIVE" and below that it has "(c)DISNEY MADE IN CHINA." Above the ODPT logo it has the code #P389-7448-2-14077.
The pin is on a dusty blue backer card trimmed in silver with the words "UNLOCK THE MAGIC" at the top and "CAST EXCLUSIVE" at the bottom of the front of the card. The back of the card reads: "Courtesy - I project a positive image and energy. I am courteous and respectful to Guests of all ages. I go above and beyond to exceed Guest expectations."
