This is the Goofy pin from the Limited Release PWP Train Conductor Collection pin series.
Goofy is dressed as a railroad engineer in blue overalls and matching cap with a white shirt and red neckerchief, however, he is sitting on the train engine backwards!
This pin was available by special pin with purchase promotion at Walt Disney World for guests attending the Imagination Gala Event (September 5-7, 2014). Guests had the opportunity to participate in a "1st purchase opportunity" by receiving one randomly selected Train Collection pin for $2.95 for every $30 spent in event merchandise.
